All Serene Funeral Plans are insurance-backed. All payments made by you are paid into the Serene Segregated Client Account, and we use that money to purchase a Whole of Life Insurance Policy from a Life Insurance Provider who is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Serene Funeral Planning will receive a commission from the insurance provider which covers our fees and expenses. The commission payment we receive will be determined by: your age at the time of purchasing the plan, the payment method you choose and the type of plan you choose. The commission payment we receive will not affect the price of your plan.
